White clouds / spots in renderings

Hi

My renderings have white spots / clouds!

I've had this problem before, but not found out what causes it. It's really bugging me! Anyone know what causes it?
iMac OS X 11.6

2,3 GHz Intel Core i9, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
