i just want to know, is it possible to do so? i read about the downloading problem for the texture section in the gdl depository, and i don't want to download 140Mb file for nothing. so, can you tell me how to make my own texturelibrary?
i wouldn't want to load a 140MB texture library for each project file though! sort through it and find the ones that most interest you - include these in your own 'office' library and be aware of the others in case you need to use them individually in the future . . .

Futhermore, for users dissatisfied with the built-in materials and unwilling to explore the 140 Mb image file, there's a world of hurt waiting for you in the LightWorks Archive already dwelling on your hard drive.
Referenced in my book on page 105, the archive is accessed as in the attached image.
Please be aware that the archive can only be accessed through an existing material dialog. DUPLICATE the material and rename it prior to exploring the archive because it will overwrite the material. You could mess up big time by accidentally changing a custom material.....

"World of hurt" as feeling description is meant as a joke ridiculing tough guy movies.
