Does anybody knows how can I copy settings from a pln file to another?

Which particular settings?

'Attributes Manager' takes care of some of them.

One way is to save the file with the settings you like as a new file, delete the old model, then merge your other project into the saved file. Of course it is most important to save as a new file first!
