glass material... help!

in one of our files none of the glass textures are showing as transparent!! we've checked against other files and the settings in the materials popup are exactly the same... what oculd be wrong??!

Please add your AC version and OS to your profile.

Where are you seeing this lack of transparency? Section, Elevation, 3D window?

For example in AC13 the transparency option is found on the section and elevation settings boxes
Model Display tab> Uncut Elements.
