need some help here. have a ceiling which is a stealish grid. as soon as i do a rendering in artlantis it doesn t show the typical transparent structure it is supposed to show and it indeed does show as soon as i do a rendering with archicad, even if i turn the transparency full on. what do i have to do in order to get the grid look like a actual semi-see-through grid?
thanks a lot to everyone in advance
cheers babs

You give no details, so we can only make assumptions....
It sounds like you are rendering with LightWorks in ArchiCAD? If so, the LightWorks textures are not what is exported to Artlantis (not possible); rather it is the internal engine / opengl textures.
Generally, one is better off assigning and adjusting textures and lights in Artlantis itself....and then using that adjusted file as a 'reference' file for subsequent exports.
Cheers,
Karl

And we could also ask whether the ceiling material relies on a mask for this transparency?
