render but changed material not appear

I'm changed material by option / 'element attributes' / materials / texture.
In 3D view 's change but when rendering 3D It's not appear. Please help me . I want to have more material's surface. How can i make it?

That only changed the texture for the internal engine. If you are rendering with LightWorks, you have to switch to LW settings in that same dialog and click the button "Match to Internal".
