whats wrong with the lights. why are the lights away from their body?

a few questions:

1. What color is your ceiling?

2. What is that big shadow on the right side of the room?

3. How did you create the shapes on the wall?

4. Did you place any spotlights in the room?

What library part(s) did you use for your lights, and what version of ArchiCAD are you using?
