Join us for the third episode of our Workflow Webinar series, where we’ll focus on the benefits and challenges of working towards fully integrated design. This month our guest presenter is Graham Whipple, AIA, founding partner and head of Resin Architecture. For over 10 years, Graham has been pushing and pulling his internal team and external consultants to work in a more integrated way.   Resin Architecture strives for integrated design to proactively resolve design conflicts, better communicate design intent, reduce surprises during construction, and to develop an improved level of record modeling that can serve as a foundation for the digital twin after construction.   The depth of integration may vary depending on client budgets, project complexity, and technical knowledge of the software across the design team. Varying levels of project complexity and integrated design will be shown from the perspective of a modest custom home, small and large-scale mixed-use projects, and a large special-purpose commercial development.   Join live by clicking here at the time    Key topics that will be addressed across the sample range of projects:   Establishing the right team for the project based on the project size and complexity and the desired results from the integrated design Defining expectations for the various team members including the anticipated sequencing benchmarks and protocols Communicating the critical “playground rules” for the best function of the team Native integration within Archicad and integration of external IFC information Learning from the successes and challenges to build towards better integration in future projects When does it start in my time zone?  Please note: while a recording will be accessible for later viewing, we strongly recommend joining the live event for the interactive Q&A session.      This event will be recorded for future viewing.
