2D to 3D feature - Imagine a kind of StreetView dummy, in archicad?

Imagine the google streetview dummy, in archicad...
While user is in floor-plan, an icon with a dummy, that you just drag-and-drop in any room of the floor-plan, and 3D View opens right on the spot! That will be intuitive, and nice feature. I'm calling it: "Viniviewer"

Not actually... It's supposed to be something quick, not permanent, not to be stored forever in the file, something just to show THAT room in the middle of a meeting for example, or just to take a quick look to check a modeling doubt/issue... What is most important (that I forgot to say before), is that this view should open with the previewed 3D window setup, and NOT with the floor-plan setup (no need to change layer-combinations).
As a work-around, what do I do, is to pick an element and ask to "select in 3D", but, it never opens as it should (eye's height)
