Graphisoft ID SSO Integration

Now that we are all being pushed on to cloud licencing I need to create individual Graphisoft IDs for each of the 50 staff member in my office to be able to access the an Archicad licence and BIMCloud SaaS, which is a big pain. 😫

They have to create and remember a separate password, and from experience they will chose something basic which is a potential security exploit  of our BIMCloud data. 😫

When will we get SSO integrations for Graphisoft into AzureAD/M365 and other SSO providers, so I can automatically deploy a GraphisoftID for all new staff as part of their onboarding and utilise the security of the M365 MFA we already enforce.

Or is there some other way that this can currently be done?

How are the big Archicad firms with 100s or 1000s of users handling this?

Totally agree on this! Huge security aspect not taken into consideration. Should be a priority by Graphisoft!

As a BIM manager of multiple licenses, moving from a net dongle to cloud licensing is going to make my job a lot more complex in trying to manage individual GraphisoftID's.
I strongly agree with the above proposal and will continue to use dongle licensing in the meantime.

Even for a small business, integrating SSO and user provisioning should be a built-in security feature.

Native security features are too limited:

• User-initiated MFA (cannot be enforced by the administrator, which can be tricky when collaboration with a third party is required).
• TOTP is the only supported method—not a bad option in itself, but not user-friendly and may not fit all company policies.

The future lies with IdPs, especially with conditional access strategies, rather than multiplying passwords across different platforms without administrator control.
