Improved and consistent site modelling including trees, vegetation and terrain...?

In general could the Site & Planting Libraries be more complete and consistent ?
Is this a core aspect of sustainable design and something most users need in every project...?

What is the status of the TERRAIN TOOL ADD ON ?

AC Tree Model Detailed is a favourite yet it only seems deciduous (no conifer equivalent) and there are form limitations.
Favourites for various species also need botanical research - could these be offered regionally...?

In general can dependency on any 3rd party for updates and costs also be problematic ?

Here are examples from ArchiRADAR
https://www.archiradar.it/en/3d-objects/objects-on-sale/category/view/44
Are these collections incomplete nor bioregionally grouped ?

Cadimage also had the start of a database driven 'Planting' library - abandoned after AC16 as one example
It also added many materials / surfaces that increased ArchiCAD's punitive attribute overhead.

Thanks...

My understanding from various GS sources is that the simple free option has been discontinued in favour of a subscription add on LAND4...?

If anyone can link to a Terrain Tool that works in AC28 it would be appreciated with many thanks...

Oh, nice! another subscription add-on!!

Didn't know about that one, looks good...maybe it's worth to give it a try

Haven't tried out any of these... the other famous one is Architerra ¿have you tried it?

I found ArchiTerra more complex than the Terrain Tool add on and had more features than I needed.

Istvan of Cigraph was responsive, friendy & helpful...

ARCHITERRA was sold by Cigraph to EPTAR: https://www.eptar.hu/Architerra
