Keynotes Legend Filter for All Visible Keynotes

The ci Keynotes tool was able to generate a keynotes legend that contained all keynotes visible in ALL layouts. This feature was useful in creating a master keynote legend for a project that contractors could reference and also helped with bulk keynote QA.

As far as I can tell, the Archicad keynote legend object can only list all keynotes or only keynotes present on the sheet the legend is placed to (filtered to the keynote subfolders).

Please expand the legend's filtering options to pull visible keynotes from all layouts, or better yet, pull data from a specific subset of layouts.

I could see this being useful for companies that store a large number of standard keynotes in their template. Most projects created from that template, then, would probably not use 100% of those keynotes, so a filter method as you describe would allow a general sheet to contain all keynotes specific to the project, rather than ALL keynotes in the KM.

To second @SGraham_MGArchitects, when the Keynote Legend needs to be displayed on a separate page,  three additional filters [in bold italic]:

Keynote Legend >> LEGEND SETTINGS >> Filter panel:

Filter Keynotes:        [Visible Keys on Layout Drawings]

[Visible Keys on Selected Layout Drawings]  (with accompanying multiple-selection list)

[Visible Keys on All Layout Drawings]

[Visible Keys on All Views] (in case a view with keynotes doesn't make it to a Layout, but  its keynotes need to be listed in the Keynote Legend)

[All Keynotes on Project]...

... would add much-useful flexibility to the Keynotes feature.

The Keynotes Legend can become dedicated short-form "On-drawing Specifications" when the suggested additional filters are made available.  The [All Keynotes on Project] can become the Master .

Best.
