Pretty sure there was a wish for this previously, and the monthly tip reminded me of it...
In Indesign there is the ability to ctrl + shift + click on master elements on your pages to pop them out and make them unique. This allows you to position all of your common text boxes and frames on the master regardless of end content, then pop them out and insert the relevent content on each page, or even move or delete the element in niche cases for chosen pages. There is then the option to revert master elements which will re-insert the original of any elements that were popped out.
