Remove 'Trim to Roof' when Roof is demolished

When a roof is demolished using the renovation filters it would be great if the effect of the roof trimming the associated walls could also be removed. Currently duplicates of the walls have to be created and pinned to various renovation filters to omit the trim and then this is further complicated by having to duplicate or triplicate the walls across various design options.

And we have seen that GS knows how to impliment this as they did it with Design Options, so it just requires someone to go into the spaghetti to update it.
