My wish is a layer that is almost idendical to the "Archicad" layer, except it is view based. It could be called "Current view" and everything you put on that layer is only visible in your current view. This could be useful when creating many views for sketch options, this way you could put everything on this layer without having to create a design option for every view, or a new sketch layer for every view. When you delete the view, the content of that layer in that view will be deleted - with a warning dialouge offering you to "delete" or "move to another layer".
This is sort of how Revit works, I dont prefer how Revit works with views and visibility options, there is allot of constrains with their methodology compared to Archicad. But I like the idea of being able to have content on a "static" layer that is only visible in a certain view. This could make layer management easier in early phases, and even for basic diagrams in later phases.
Hope this idea is well received.
