Welcome! Graphisoft Community has something for everyone - from forum boards, blogs, and webinars, to news, knowledge base articles, challenges, and more.

At Graphisoft, we believe in creating a supportive and welcoming environment for our online communities. Please join our efforts by following these guidelines:

 

Be respectful

Posts should be constructive, respectful, and understandable. We value and encourage diverse perspectives.

At the same time: all members must avoid offensive, abusive, humiliating, or intimidating posts, and they may not attack, harass, or impersonate others. Mutual respect is essential.

 

Be helpful  

If you know the answer to a question, please share your knowledge and experiences – this benefits the whole Community. However, avoid repeating yourself across multiple discussions. It’s a good idea to convey your point by sharing a link to a previous post.

Constructive critique is also welcome. We know discussions can get heated. While we encourage open discussions and exchange of opinions, comments that appear to be intended primarily as venting will be moderated.

 

Stay on topic

Please keep to the discussion topic at hand. Post in the forum which is most closely related to the topic.

Respect other participants by not changing the subject. Replies not connected to the original topic will be moderated to new threads or removed. This helps everyone to follow threads and locate relevant posts.

Please remember that the Community is not the place for technical support or sales inquiries.

 

Avatar and signature

We love to be creative and funny, but please remember that avatars and signature texts must also be appropriate for our community of professionals.

 

Language preference

Please post to our Community in English. You can also connect with the local communities in Japanese, German, and Portuguese.

 

Moderation

Our team at Graphisoft and our volunteer moderators are here to help you experience a safe, friendly, and productive environment by continuously checking conversations and participating in Community activities. However, they cannot respond to all messages, especially private ones.

Graphisoft reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any posts or comments and ban users who violate our Community policies.

If you believe some content does not follow these rules, you can contribute by reporting it through a private and confidential process. We want to make sure every member feels welcome and enjoys their experience on the Graphisoft Community.
