What’s the Revit equivalent to libraries, object and CadImage or Central Innovation?

As the title suggests, I would like to know what “objects” are called in Revit and also if there is an equivalent supplier, like Central Innovations here in New Zealand, but for Revit? Do they provide support to the same extent?
