The same blank window and issue here! Licence Manager Tool is not
working suddenly. Was OK on Friday… No way to sign in. MacOS 10.14.LMT
reinstallation is not possible - downloaded “legacy LMT” is MacOS 11 or
later based on the included .txt file.
