AI Visualizer not available in Teamwork file?

We have an issue where we can use AI Visualizer on a pln file but not in a file where it is teamworked on BIMcloud SAAS - the palette option is greyed out in the menu. AI Assistant works fine in either pln or teamwork? We have Archicad collaborate licenses.
Thank you for bringing this up. This issue has already been reported to our team. The good news is that it has been resolved, and the fix will be included in the Archicad 29.0.2 Hotfix. I hope I was able to help.
