AIV 20GB vs AC5GB

Why is the AI Visualiser 20gb whilst AC is 5Gb?

Does this mean once the experimental add-on is part of AC will be a whooping 25GB installation?

From my understanding (I’ve not downloaded the AI Visualiser yet) the current format included the whole Stable Diffusion engine to run locally on your machine.

im not totally, sure but I would suspect any future formal implementation of the ai visualiser may run the engine remotely on the cloud, thereby reducing the size of the local assets required significantly.

Ok thanks that seems to make sense, quite a bit to f HD space for an add-on.

I was about to download with mobile data, but it was too much...I will have to download using WiFi at the office.

I'm in South Africa, data costs are quite high on mobile devices & rather slow the download 20gb (could be whole day... LoL 🤣).
