Palettes> no AI Visualizer

Hi

I followed the instructions and installed the AI Visualizer on MacBook M2, but wen i start Archicad 26 there is no AI Visualizer in my Palettes.

Thanks for the question.

The AI Visualizer Add-on is compatible with Archicad 27 only.

Thank you for reply.

I updated Archicad to 27 version and reinstalled AI Visualizer but there is still the same problem. no AI Visualizer in my Palettes. What else should i do ? If that matters, i installed Archicad 27 Russian ver.

The language version does not affect the Add-on. 

Can you please reinstall the add-on following the steps in the installation guide?

Do you see the Add-on in the Add-on Manager inside Archicad 27?

I reinstalled everything as said in the guid but nothing changed.

Thanks for the screenshots.

Please remove the 'Add-on' folder shown in the second picture and drag/copy the AppleSiliconMac/Add-Ons/Extras folder from the package to the Archicad 27/Add-ons (Russian equivalent) folder.

Do you see the Add-on in the Add-on Manager inside Archicad 27?

Please share a screenshot of where you pasted the Add-on folder including the full location.
