import ai visualizer add-on, error message: the add on is to old for AC27 ?!?

Hi archiweb,

Thanks for the screenshot.

The downloaded file might be damaged, please download it again and copy the new Add-on folder from the package. Please pay attention to copying the folder for the correct platform (Intel/Apple Silicon). 

Which Archicad build are you using exactly? You can check it in the Help, About Archicad menu.

archicad 27, version 4030, on mac studio m1 max, ventura 13.6.1, and yes after the new download and reinstalling of the add-on, it works, thanks
