Have you read the section of the developer documentation on non-Visual C++ access to the API? Screenshot below.
I haven't taken the time to try other development platforms, so cannot offer any advice other than the info on that page.
If the Calculate functions that you want are things you could do with ODBC, then you can do whatever you want in Delphi via the ODBC driver ... but you would have to code the creation of a DNS for the source file. Not sure if that can be automated with the GS ODBC driver ... have not tried.
