Crash with 28.0.3 (3120) hotfix, when I try to create and place a label object (section, elevation)

Hello!


Since the last hotfix (28.0.3 (3120)) I get a crash, when I try to create and place a label object in Section, Elevation or Interior elevation (ACAPI_Element_Create(&label, &labelMemo)).

What could be the problem, if it wasn't before? 

What can be the solution to it?

This is a very urgent problem, so thanks for your help!
