Hi, I checked this two fields in my developper Account on Monday - but I didn't get a response.
Is it just a matter of patience, or do I have to do something else?

From ,my experience, it's entirely dependent on your local representative to follow up. Some will and some have "NO CLUE".
It is best if you contact your local representative or just e-mail your local support directly.
You must follow up yourself. IMNOHO -- Graphisoft's Developer support is a confusing mess that needs attention - AND yes -- have lots of patience!!!
