Error making new addon in Addon Management dialog

I currently run an executable file called "Addon Admin.exe" in the Add-on Management folder to create a new add-on. In order to open the previously created add-on database and get the new add-on ID, press the New Addon button to enter the authentication key and press enter. At this time, the dialog box is not responding. Would you know why and what the solution is?

That's a strange behavior, I'd like to ask a few questions.

Did you create or open an add-on database before trying to create an add-on?
Which version of ARCHICAD Add-On Admin are you using?
