I want to create a new topic or reply to other posts, but it says what is shown in the picture. It's as if I don't have the option to actively participate in the forum, even though it says I have a confirmed email. Apparently I managed to successfully write the above post, but that's all.

Hi All.

 

I know there is already a similar question on the forum, but there is no solution given there. I followed all the instructions you can find online, used gemini pro, did everything as needed, but it still says what is shown in the picture. The addon works normally in AC-demo mode, but this is not a solution. I inserted my ID and the addon ID into the code, in every possible way, but there was no change. Please help, what exactly needs to be done to make this and all the following addons work?

- Archicad 29 Visual Studio 2019 v143
- Visual Studio Code
- Python

It was not a locked thread you were trying to reply to? Though you also mention creating a new one, and that you ran into the same issue?

 

If you are having issues with 3rd party addons, you will need to contact the relevant developer.

Regarding the Forum, it seems to me that I can't reply or create new topics under specific forum topics. This post could obviously be made under general content.

 

Regarding the add-on, I am the creator of the add-on, a registered developer, and I also created the add-on ID, but it still doesn't work.

Hi @vtomaz ,

We have no specific access rules applied on the Developer Hub. How long do you experience this issue? Also, do you have the same problem in different browsers / incognito too, or just in one specific?

What kind of error message do you get when you try to start a new topic under the Developer Hub?

I have the same problems in all browsers, both in normal and incognito mode. When I press POST, nothing happens, the POST button turns gray and is no longer active. If I go to write new content again, after a while it tells me that I have the same background saved. But if I want to reply to a post, it tells me what is shown in the picture, that the email is not activated, although it can be seen that a year ago I was able to write a post without problems.

Can you try to delete all site data and all cookies for community.graphisoft.com, then restart your browsers and see if that helps with the issue?
