How to register as a developer at the Archicad API Developer Site

I am writing this letter to seek your assistance as I cannot find a way to register for a developer account to learn about the Archicad API.

I have tried registering at the Archicad API Developer Site, but it has been almost a week and I have not received any information or response. What should I do next?

The EUR 500 is for a Developer Licence of Archicad I believe. If you already have access to AC, there is no need for it. Basically a cheaper full version of AC for the purpose of being a test environment for the developer in scenarios where DEMO mode is not sufficient. See this reply from Bernd on this topic.
