Incorrect placement of windows converted from Morph

Hi all,

We had RFA files for windows(doors) which we had converted to GSM using the RFA -> GSM option in Archicad. But these windows(doors) are not parametric(unable to edit the params) I tried removing the LOCK params line but still it does not change the parameters of the element visually(the hotspots got updated)

Is there anything that we can do to correct this?

We tried converting the window to morph and then converted them to Window using the suggestion mentioned here https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Archicad-C-API/Convert-morph-to-an-Object-in-C-Add-On-code/td-p/...

However, the created window was placed parallel to the ground and not parallel to the wall. (Had tried both the options of choosing the plane Current Plane and horizontal plane). Is there any way to correct this scenario?

Hi Nick,

This shows that the saved objects don't have the proper subtype: they are simple objects instead of windows. Save As Object – as its name implies– creates objects, not windows.
