Is there any API that can read pln file,also don't open it in Archicad?

Hi.
I want to add user data to pln file.But I don't wanto to open it in Archicad.

ACAPI_Automate (APIDo_OpenID, &openPars)

The above api can open the pln file,but it will open the file in Archicad.

Is there any method that can load pln file,but don't open it in Archicad?

No, that's not possible, only ARCHICAD can understand what is inside the plan file.
