about the image icon in AC21

While having image icon with GICN in AC21, the image shrinks and don't have any idea to fix it. I put PNG images to the RFIX folder. it's fine with the small images, but has some problems with horizontally long images. I attached the image of my addon in AC20 and AC 21.
