Why is a platform with a large user base (Meta) not supported, while one with a smaller reach is?

Are there ever going to be any updates to this? If not, maybe it should just be abandoned and make the iPad app available on the device. That’s as easy as flipping a switch.

Our office uses the Vision Pro with BIMx. Clients love the immersive view of their spaces at full scale and really sense they are standing in their home. We also love being able to see, on a separate monitor or iPad, what the guest user client is seeing through the headset. We are also beginning to make better use of Gallery Views. Is there a way to create Favorite views in the Vision Pro OS version of the app as in the iOS version?
Other feedback:
1. Currently, at 1:1 scale, the pixelation is distracting and seems like a throwback to earlier technology. This creates a bit of an incongruent message of cutting edge but low quality.
2. Navigation is difficult for most users. 1x speed helps. We are also interested in navigation with a game controller.
3. Recently, BIMx refuses to launch. Reloading the app has not fixed the issue. We are up to date on Vision Pro OS updates. Do we have to run it non-natively now?
5. On the Apple side, would help if they allowed saving of more guest users than just one.

Please please please add game controller / psvr controller support … this app BADLY needs this basic feature that Apple has made super easy to add. I would use this app so much more and also let clients try it if moving around was less vomit inducing. It’s so promising with a tiny bit more effort but in its current state it’s too embarrassing so we just use the iPad. Which is… fine. But it’s not cool.

Could you tell me a bit about this nausiating aspect? Is that usual or happens only with some people? How bad is it? Does it happen after a while or almost immediately? I read somewhere a few years ago that these VR headsets cause these things, which probably limits how widely they will spread in use, I just do not know how bad of a problem it really is. Also, I don't know if this is true for only VR headsets or AR headsets like the Vision Pro as well.
