High Quality Surfaces

Hey all. Being a long time user, I've always felt that Archicad lacked some good looking textures. Over the years I've created a personal library of custom textures and this made all my models look better. In the past months, I have worked to package these into uniform, easy to install packs with matching fills and recently I've had the idea to share these materials with others, albeit for a small fee.

To be precise, these are not texture files as jpgs - but rather fully set up Archicad materials (ie. surfaces) that you can import into any file in a few clicks. The materials are 'digitally handcrafted' - there is no AI generated images and every image and fill has been individually inspected and polished by me. They are seamless, all 2x2m in size and high quality materials. I've prepared them in version 27, so it works for 27 and above, however there shouldn't be issues in lower versions either.

I'd like to share a link to these packages in hopes that it will be useful for some of you. And if not, feel free to share some feedback so I can improve the packages in a meaningful way. There is a free sample pack consisting of 2 materials, but I also wanted to launch it with 5 free giveaways for the AC forum (for 10 material packs) as well as 20 discounted items (5 for 10 material packs and 15 for 70/100/140 material bundles).

The website is: www.archimats.com. The products themselves are listed on gumroad, so you can also access them directly from my gumroad page: senoglu.gumroad.com

The free giveaway code is: JUE9FI4. As soon as the first 5 items are gone, I will be sharing the discount codes. And lastly, here's a preview of the website (also built entirely by me). Thanks and looking forward to some feedback!

I do not feel like the rotating sphere's help your presentation. I was downloading some large files in the background which resulted in the images loading slowly. The texture scaling on the Functional and Pavement menu spheres seems off too resulting in a seam.

hey, thanks a lot for the feedback. the page is cached on my device at this point so i forgot that it probably doesn't load the best on the first launch. will fix that now. ideally i wanted the thumbnails to show the fills on mouseover but i think that will come later on.

and about the texture scaling, yes you're right. i will redo the video thumbnails again so that they're smaller files and fix the seam problems. thanks for pointing these out.
