BIMx updating Premium Account from archicad 15 to 16

Hello!

I've got a problem with updating my license for the BIMx community. I'm am trying to register from the server where our network license key is plugged into. When i try to push on the button Scan Keyplugs it doesn't do (or find) anything. Am i doing something wrong?
