Sharing hypermodel from Apple to Android

Is it possible to share a BIMx hypermodel with an android user from an apple product?

We recently started using BIMx hypermodels (2D and 3D) to share plans with clients and we've had a lot of success so far sharing with apple devices. However, when we have tried to share it with android users it sends a link for the itunes model. It tells you to click the link (which isn't actually a link-see image). When I downloaded it by searching for the name it doesn't unlock the 2D documents. Is there another way to unlock it?
