Unable to purchase/share hypermodel at app store

I have purchased/shared 10+ hypermodels in the past 18 months. Today I went to do it again and got an error message saying that my last purchase/share (from 3 weeks ago) was still "in progress", even though I successfully shared it at the time. I also noted that I never received the normal email receipt from apple for that purchase although it does show up in my iTunes purchase history.
