Mahmoud, thank you, that works! Of course now I am seeing why it would be nice to be able to adjust the linetype; also, the Grid numbers/letters are casting shadows

Thanks Roland, I appreciate your comments. I think the main thing is to make sure the client already has the app downloaded. In the past I think it would automatically redirect to the app store, but just knowing this now should solve the issue.
