One of my clients is getting this message on their phone. I tell all
my clients that the viewing app is free and easy and they don't need to
sign up for an account. I was wondering what triggers this message?
I have three walls coming together to form a "T" . Same composite
structure, same layer, same surface texture, same renovation status,
reference lines are identical. Why am I seeing lines/seams in 3D?
I a trying to use the surface painter to turn a roof edge from gray to
white. For some reason it will not work on the roof edge. I can click on
any other surface and turn it white but not the roof edge.

I forgot to check that. But yes, same junction order on all 3 walls. If
I make them all the same height I can get 2 of the 3 to heal, but in no
scenario can I get all three to heal.
OK, thanks Karl, I see now that I was updating my current bimcloud
instead of installing a new bimcloud. First time doing this transition
so I was bumbling around a bit.
Mahmoud, thank you, that works! Of course now I am seeing why it would
be nice to be able to adjust the linetype; also, the Grid
numbers/letters are casting shadows
Thanks Roland, I appreciate your comments. I think the main thing is to
make sure the client already has the app downloaded. In the past I think
it would automatically redirect to the app store, but just knowing this
now should solve the issue.
