- All of our users are unable to access teamwork projects, because AC is asking for them to "Authenticate Yourself".
- However, their passwords are not working (nor mine, as the Admin).
- After requesting a password reset, either the reset email never shows, or it contains some suspicious content (jumbled letters and "mailed-by:" address is atypical), so we are hesitant to click any links.
