"Authenticate Yourself" Error, and unable to access BIMcloud online

  1. All of our users are unable to access teamwork projects, because AC is asking for them to "Authenticate Yourself".
  2. However, their passwords are not working (nor mine, as the Admin).
  3. After requesting a password reset, either the reset email never shows, or it contains some suspicious content (jumbled letters and "mailed-by:" address is atypical), so we are hesitant to click any links.

What's going on?
