An Unknown Error Happend: Cannot connect to BIMCloud

Hi Everyone,

Last week our uni issued the new BIM server for our graduation project. I'm able to login on the BIMCloud browser website, however, when connecting to the server on Archicad27 the server diagnostics indicate the BIMCloud server is accessible. When I try to log-in, it gives me the error: 

An Unknown Error Happend: Cannot connect to BIMCloud

Other Teammates also use MacOS and have no problem logging in. The server is only available on version27Could this be a user specific issue, or is this something faulty with my server connection?
