All I know is that it has been renamed to BIM explorer or BIMx and has had some significant enhancement. What they are I am also not sure of. But in answer to your question, I do not know.
It is renamed to BIMx and is a part of ArchiCAD 15 instalation. If you dont have the licence on your keyplug it is a trial version. As far as I know in trial version is working for 30 days and you can not save it and run on other computer than the one it was created on.
