Navigating FPS-like with AWSD+shift is as it should but where do I increase the default speed?
Left CTRL increases speed by x2 and right CTRL by x10. This is too coarse. As someone presenting for clients I need to set the default speed (as it used to be...or was it only the desktop app??).

You mentioned that left CTRL increases speed by x2 and right CTRL by x10. What exactly are these speeds referring to? Is it movement speed within a game or navigation speed within an application?
