We are thinking of hiring an outside specialist to take our model and create a final furnished fully detailed model for marketing etc. The specialist uses Sketchup. If they send us a final model with materials, custom furniture, decorative items, etc will that import back into Archicad so we can publish a BIMx model of the finished model? would it lose much of the detail from Sketchup? should we consider a different mobile viewing app for the final sketchup model?
