I´m about to star working with a fully functional and tested CNC router machine using ArchiCad 19, is there any tip or any advise that you can give me before star making mistakes?

Best file type, exporting technic, modeling tips, anything would be very helpful

Dxf Or dwg. Try to avoid duplicate lines. Make sure your lines join up. No pattern fills. That's what I found with enroute. Have fun
