SCHEDULES - Ignoring data when using 'Merge Uniform Data'?

Jeff Galbraith

Merge Uniform Data option is very helpful with schedules to combine identical elements into a single line. However, is it possible to have it ignore the data in one of the criteria in the schedule? For example, on a light fixture schedule I'd like to be able to track the ceiling thicknesses that some fixtures are installed in, but I don't necessarily want them broken apart into multiple categories. Is this possible? In this case I'd want the schedule cell to list all the values entered for this criteria for this light fixture type.

As far as I know this is not possible, because the "Merge Uniform Data" always considers all fields that are displayed in the schedule.
