Best way to export your model from archicad 20 to Vectorworks?

Probably through IFC.
But don't expect the complete contents of IFC file to be converted to native Vectorworks element types. If their IFC import is good you will probably have the geometry well converted and the Vectorworks user can use that imported IFC content as Reference Model based on which they can model their own stuff.
