2D plan and elevation view are not correct

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello,

I got a problem with the window and door schedule.

The floorplan and the elevation in the schedule are displayed incorrect.
Also in the 3D axonometry the window is laying flat.

See attached image.

When i copy the building to a new file everything works fine in the new file.

Is someone firmillair with this problem?

Thanks!

I haven't seen this before.
Seems like the whole model has been rotated on the X or Y axis by 90°.
I assume that your model looks correct in plan and 3D?

What happens if you create a new schedule?
Or export the schedule that works from the other file and import it into the original file.

I can't think of any settings that would affect this rotation.
Close and re-open the file maybe?

Hi Barry,

its really strange..

I tried all your suggestions, but nothing worked.
In the regular 3D and elevation view the building is normal.

The only workaround so far is merging everything into a new file.

I have no idea what could be causing this.

It might be worth sending a copy of the file to your local Archicad distributor so Graphisoft can have a look at it.
