When I have an existing wall with a demolished door or window, the wall hole is automatically infilled with wall in "planned status"(image 1: plan view and image 2: elevation view). How can I show demolished door or window outline on top of the infilled wall in elevation view as shown in image 3?

In your Renovation Filter, you could change the setting for demolished elements to "Override" instead of "Hide" in the relevant filter? Have not tried before.

The setting is "override" for demolished elements. It seems that demolished doors and windows are always hidden behind the infilled new wall

Well, in that case, you might be stuck with overlayed Views? Have one view show your planned status, and another with only demo, then place the demo over the top on a Layout.
