I don't think so: the SpaceNavigator requires drivers with specific support for applications: unlike a mouse, it only works with programs that are directly supported.
There is a Software Developers Kit, should you like to try to write them yourself😉

There is a clever fellow at one of my clients who has been fooling around with one. I try to remember to see how he's doing with it. I think he has been in touch with GS about it as well.

i just bought one,it is amazing !!! GS Devs please add support they have a SDK for mac osX now. Maybe we should drop a post in the dev area about it in hopes of some action taken on this task
