AC14 --> AC12

I'm new to ArchiCAD. I have AC14 and would like to send files to an architect who is currently using AC12. It appears AC14 can create AC13 files, but I don't see an option for AC12. Is there a way to save in AC14 that can be read by AC12? Or a converter of some type?

You may have to open it in 13 and from there save back to 12.

None of your 14 library parts will be usable in 12.

This is something that has to be improved by Graphisoft. So no more need to have an intermediate version to accomplish this.
