Can anyone tell me if there 2 products are from the same company and if they are compatible. Also, I have purchase the Redstick iCad product €8.99 & like it. I am considering upgrading to PRO at €229.99 but had questions. I opened questions on the Zendesk customer service sevtion 2 weeks ago and still no response. I have also tried e-mailing sales directly, no response. I am wondering is this company responsible foe Redstick still trading, before I spend my hard earned money. Also the price seems to vary from $195.00 to €229.99, why?
